Royal Enfield Bullet 350 With Rear Disc Brake Launched In India; Priced At Rs 1.28 Lakh
Royal Enfield Bullet 350 rear disc brake model launched in India: Royal Enfield has introduced the Bullet 350 with a rear disc brake on the Indian market. The new Royal Enfield Bullet 350 rear-disc variant is priced at Rs 1.28 lakh ex-showroom (Bangalore).
The rear-disc Bullet 350 variant can be booked across all the Royal Enfield dealerships at a booking amount of Rs 5,000. Depending on the stock, the motorcycle will be delivered within a week.
The overall design and features of the new Royal Enfield Bullet 350 variant remain unchanged; except for the addition of the disc brake at the rear, and its supporting rectangular swingarm. However, the Bullet 350 (or Standard 350) still misses out on ABS.
The Royal Enfield Bullet 350 draws power from the same 346cc air-cooled single-cylinder engine that produces 19.8bhp and 28Nm of torque. The engine is mated to a 5-speed gearbox. There is no change in the performance, but the new Bullet 350 rear-disc model promises better braking.
The Royal Enfield Bullet 350 is equipped with telescopic forks up front and twin-shock absorbers at the rear. The motorcycle gets 19-inch spoke wheels shod with Ceat Tyres; making the new rear-disc variant visually unchanged.
Braking duties are handled by a 280mm disc at the front and 240mm disc at the rear. The Royal Enfield Bullet 350 comes in two variants: Standard and Electric Start. The Standard model is offered in a black paint scheme while the Electric Start variant gets two new colours: Silver and Red.
Royal Enfield has been one of the leading players in the country with its best-selling models such as the Classic 350, Bullet 350 and the Classic Signals 350. Now, Jawa Motorcycles is all set to challenge the supremacy of Royal Enfield on the Indian market. We have already shared the pricing of the new Jawa bikes. Besides this, Jawa Motorcycles India dealerships have started unofficial bookings for the new models too.
Thoughts On The Royal Enfield Bullet 350 Rear-Disc Variant
Royal Enfield has introduced the Bullet 350 with rear disc brake, but the motorcycle still misses out on dual-channel ABS; currently offered on the Classic range. Although there is no change in performance compared to the regular version, the improved braking on the new rear-disc variant of the Bullet 350 will definitely gain some sales figures.
