A KTM Duke 200 has been modified by Indonesia-based Katros Garage. The team has made a neat-looking scrambler out of a KTM 200 Duke. The amount of time spent and attention to detail in the project has made the final output undeniably one of the best scramblers out there.

At first glance, the mod looks similar to the Benelli Leoncino. However, when it comes to individual details, this modified KTM stands apart from all the Duke-modifications we've seen before.

The headlamp is a quad-LED unit (with turn signals) and its housing extends down to the inverted USD forks. The mirrors look proper retro with their round design. The front mudguard has also been cut to add more to the rugged look of the motorcycle.

The huge and imposing radiator unit further enhances the bike's looks.

The wheels and brakes seem to be the same as on the regular Duke 200. But the rubbers have been replaced for a nice-looking set of button tyres; a typical trait of scramblers.

Coming to the side, the split-trellis frame remains exposed while it has undergone some modifications. The ride height has been raised. The seating position is more upright to suit the typical scrambler riding style.

An aftermarket exhaust has also been equipped along with a reinforced metal engine cover.

The brown single-piece leather seat looks good and classy.

But the main highlight of the motorcycle is the new fuel tank. Finished in a lovely orange and black paint scheme, the tank gets a centre-mounted cap and also sports a funky ‘Duke 200 Katros' badge.

The rear is complete with a raised mudguard and a single round tail lamp. The tail lamp is flanked by the turn signals.

The ‘Duke Scrambler' makes use of the same 199.5cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine that makes 25bhp and 19.2Nm of torque. It is mated to a 6-speed gearbox.

No statements have been made about any performance gains. Since the Duke has an aftermarket exhaust made by Katros themselves, we expect a slight bump in power. But the new fuel tank, the headlamp housing and the extra metal elements might've added extra weight to the motorcycle.
