Honda X-Blade Bookings Open - To Be Priced Below Rs 79,000 With 5 Colour Options

The new Honda X-Blade brings with a host of features including a segment-first full-LED headlamp with position lamp and LED taillights along with an all-new digital instrument cluster that also displays the gear position indicator and a service due indicator.

The new Honda X-Blade features an aggressive, razor-sharp design that increases its appeal with the younger commuter that Honda is targeting.

Up front, the robo-face LED headlamp setup looks menacing while the muscular fuel tank with the sharp black shrouds adds to the X-Blade's aggressive look.

The rear end is extremely sharp with split grab handles and distinctive LED tail lamp setup. The thick, dual-output muffler and the wide rear tyre enhance the aggressive look of the new Honda X-Blade.

The new Honda X-Blade will be available in five different colours when it is launched in March - Matte Marvel Blue Metallic, Matte Frozen Silver Metallic, Pearl Spartan Red, Pearl Igneous Black, and Matte Marshal Green Metallic.

The Honda X-Blade is powered by the same engine that powers the Honda CB Hornet 160R. The 162.7cc single-cylinder, air-cooled engine produces 13.93bhp @ 8,500rpm and 13.9Nm of torque @ 6,000rpm which is sent to the rear wheel via a five-speed gearbox.

The Honda X-Blade features a diamond-frame chassis along with telescopic forks up front and a mono-shock at the rear. The Honda X-Blade features 17-inch alloy wheels that are shod with 80/110 R17 and 130/70 R17 section tyres at the front and rear. The Honda X-Blade gets a single disc brake up front and a drum brake at the rear to help bring it to a halt.
