BMW G 310 R & G 310 GS Accessories List — Recommended Ways To Personalise Your G 310 Siblings
BMW G 310 R & G 310 GS Accessories List: BMW Motorrad recently launched their entry-level motorcycles – the G 310 R & G 310 GS – at Rs 2.99 lakh and Rs 3.49 lakh ex-showroom (Delhi), respectively. While the BMW G 310 R is the most affordable offering from the German motorcycle company, the G 310 GS is the most premium single-cylinder adventure motorcycle, available in the country.
Both motorcycles are powered by a 313cc reverse-inclined single-cylinder engine that makes 34bhp @ 9500rpm and 28Nm @ 7500rpm. The unit, also powering the TVS Apache RR310, comes mated to a six-speed gearbox.
Globally, BMW Motorrad provides a host of accessories across their product range, including the G 310 siblings. Though BMW Motorrad India has not officially shared their accessories range yet, we expect them to be the same units sold in foreign markets.
That said, here are some of the official BMW G 310 R and G 310 GS accessories which are available in most markets:
Seating
The standard ride height of the BMW G 310 R stands at 785mm while for the taller G 310 GS, it is 835mm. BMW provides other seating options for both motorcycles in the following format:

Navigation
The motorcycles can also be opted with a 5-inch or 4.3-inch satellite navigation system which supports Bluetooth.
Storage
If you plan to take your G 310 R or GS for occasional long-distance travels, you would need to carry a decent amount of luggage. The motorcycles can be opted with different types of BMW-branded storages, mainly: light top box (29 litres), standard top box (30 litres), tank bag and an inner bag for the top boxes.
BMW Motorrad is also providing a luggage rack or grab handle for fitting the top box. If you aim to use the G 310 R or GS as a tourer, the luggage rag is an optional extra worth considering.
Other Accessories
In addition to the optional navigation systems (which only a few would consider buying), BMW Motorrad also offers a waterproof smartphone charging cradle (something many would opt). The system supports both cable and wireless charging but fits only phones sized around five inches.
Other accessories include LED turn signals and motorcycle covers.
Thoughts On The Official Accessories For The BMW G 310 Siblings
The BMW G 310 R and G 310 GS are finally available on the Indian market. Pricing is definitely on the higher side but the motorcycles showcase top-notch build quality. As mentioned before, BMW Motorrad India is yet to confirm whether these accessories will be made available in India. Once they do that, we will be sharing more details of them, including the pricing.
In the meantime, do you plan to buy one of the relatively-affordable BMW motorcycles?
