Michelin India Introduces High-Performance Bicycle Tyres
Michelin India is introducing several of its premium tyres in the country. This symbolises the trust the tyre manufacturer has in the Indian market. Now the French-based tyre maker has opted to provide Indians with their high-performance bicycle tyres.
A road range, mountain bike range and city trekking range of bicycle tyres will be on offer. Michelin bicycle tyres will be available at bicycle stores as well as through www.trailsofindia.com/. The high-performance tyres and tubes from Michelin will range between Rs. 690 to Rs. 2,699, plus taxes.
Road range consists of Michelin PRO4 Service Course, Michelin PRO4 Endurance, Michelin PRO4 Comp Service Course, Michelin Lithion 2, and Michelin Dynamic Sport Road. The Mountain Bike range consists of Michelin Wild Grip'R and Michelin Wild Rock'r. City Trekking tyre range offers Michelin Protek Max and Michelin Protek Cross.
Premium bicycle market is constantly growing in the Indian market. Approximately the segment is growing in India by almost 25 to 30 percent. Indians are realising the benefits of cycling and a small fraction of them use bicycles for adventure activities.
