Shell Advance Ultra With PurePlus Launched At India Bike Week
India Bike Week was held on the 20th and 21st of February, 2015. Several two-wheeler manufacturers where present to showcase their products. Among them was an oil and lubricant manufacturer, Shell, who launched their most advanced oil for motorcycles.
Shell Lubricants has launched its next generation bike oil in India. It has been developed from natural gas and is called Shell Advance Ultra with PurePlus Technology. The oil company uses a revolutionary system that converts gas-to-liquid in a crystal clear base oil sans the impurities found in crude oil.
Nitin Prasad, Managing Director, Shell Lubricants India, commented, "We are proud to launch Shell Advance Ultra with PurePlus Technology - a revolutionary motorcycle oil which is a great testimony of Shell's ‘from-track-to-road' philosophy. We invest more than any other oil company in research and development."
He further added, "Thus, we are able to leverage our technological leadership and innovation in the lab and on the track and transfer them into a product for everyday use on the road. With an ever increasing number of motorcycles on Indian roads, we believe Shell Advance Ultra with PurePlus Technology will improve the riding experiences of the bikers, given the varied climatic and geographical conditions in the country."
Shell has devised a revolutionary process in which, natural gas is converted into a liquid. This synthetic oil provides higher levels of cleansing and protection to the engine. Shell Advance Ultra with PurePlus is produced by Shell and Qatar petroleum.
