New Boss For Yamaha Motor In India
Yamaha India is to have a new CEO with the migration of the existing Boss to the apex body. The incumbent will assume charges from November 2010 and the exiting CEO expressed his contented statement about the efforts taken during his regime. He felt that the company has, in these three and half years of his tenure, has initiated creation of brand image and the back up of customers.
From now on the company will have the growth path by reviving the market share and hoped that the support and cooperation extended by suppliers and dealers would continue with same fervor. The outgoing CEO MrTsuji took charge as Chief Manufacturing Officer of Yamaha India in 2007 and after a year he took charge as the CEO. It is during period that the company proved its mettle in the market with the installation of the assembly plant at Surajpur and Faridabad Engine Parts plant.
He was behind constructing the Product Quality measures, expansion of models - FZ-S, YBR 110, YBR 125, Fazer, SZ bike. He took much efforts in procuring strong bond with the dealers. Yamaha had exhibited the efficiency in design with the new launch of SZ Powerful commuter bike and the credit goes to Mr.Tsuji.
