World's First Rolls-Royce Phantom 6x6 Is Absolutely Mad & Ready For The Apocalypse

The world's first Rolls-Royce Phantom 6x6 has emerged in Dubai. The crazy 6x6 custom Phantom off-roader is the work of French customizer Danton Arts Kustoms and is currently in Dubai where it will be fully revealed to the world tomorrow.
This first look at the Danton Arts Kustoms Rolls-Royce Phantom 6x6 comes courtesy the team at Supercar Blondie. The custom 6x6 Phantom looks like something that has escaped from the post Apocalypse world of the Mad Max movies.
The creator of this insane roller is mad genius Alexandre Danton who works on his cars at his chateau in France. The monstrous 6x6 Rolls-Royce started life as an original 2004 Phantom VII. Danton took the donor Phantom VII and lopped off everything behind the rear axle.
He then extended the length of the already long Phantom VII to a massive 6.3 meters in length by adding the rear section and axle from a 2005 BMW 7 Series. The Phantom 6x6 has also been widened and now measures 2.3metres wide.
The custom Phantom sits on massive and unique 24-inch alloy wheels that are shod with off-roading tyres. Other off-roading paraphernalia bolted onto this not a Roller include bright yellow headlights and fog lamps and a massive LED lightbar fitted to the roof also emitting the same yellow hue.
A chunky front bumper bar, a large roof rack, and a tow hitch to drag it out any ditch that becomes too much of a handful for the six wheels just add to the off-road mentality of this heavily modified Phantom VII.
Other changes on this mad-max Phantom 6x6 include a blacked out front grille and hand made aluminium front and rear fenders. Also, if you open that massive boot you'll be greeted by jerry cans for carrying all the extra petrol you'll need for the extra girth along with anti-skid tracks in case the weight gets the custom roller stuck in the sands.
The changes are not limited to the exterior alone. Step inside and you'll be greeted by bright orange leather on the door cards and the seats. The steering wheel features crocodile leather over the covering for the driver's airbag and there is also snake leather draped on the centre console.
Under the bonnet, there haven't been any mechanical changes and the 2004 Rolls-Royce Phantom's 6.75-litre naturally aspirated V12 engine continues to put out 453bhp and 720Nm of peak torque. However, Alexandre Danton has decorated the engine cover in gold leaf for those looking for some extra bling under the bonnet. The same gold leaf has also been used to decorate the brake callipers of the Phantom 6x6.
Thoughts About The Rolls-Royce Phantom 6x6
The Rolls-Royce Phantom 6x6 by Danton Arts Kustoms is not for the fainthearted. The French customizer has taken a stately luxury road barge and turned it into a car that wouldn't look out of place on the Mad Max movie set. Danton next plans to make a 6x6 version of the Lamborghini Urus and we struggle to think just how crazy that SUV will be.
