Pune: Bus Crashes Into Tempo Killing Nine And Injuring Twelve
An accident in Pune involving a bus and a parked tempo has left nine dead and twelve others injured.
The dangers of monsoon begin, as the latest news from Pune is that of an accident that involved a bus and a Tempo. The accident killed nine and left 12 others injured.
The incident occurred about 77km from Pune, in the Narayangaon district. The accident took place around 1:45 a.m. amidst heavy rain on Monday. The bus was heading to Pune from Nashik.
The Tempo, carrying onions, was parked on the side of the road after the vehicle had a flat tyre. As per a police official, "It seems the bus driver could not see the tempo due to heavy rain."

The police officer said, "Identities of the deceased are yet to be ascertained" and the injured are being treated at a nearby hospital.
