This Is India's First-Ever McLaren
India has received its first-ever McLaren in the form of the 720S supercar.
The McLaren 720S was revealed at the 2017 Geneva Motor Show in March. Now, India has joined the small list of countries which a McLaren 720S can call home.
The Memphis Red McLaren 720S owned by Bangalore businessman and petrolhead Ranjit Sundaramurthy also has the distinction of being the first ever car from the British supercar marque McLaren to hit Indian roads.

The 720S is fitted with McLaren's Performance pack 3 which adds a host of lightweight carbon fibre parts along with Alcantara interiors.
The McLaren 720S is powered by an all-new 4.0-litre twin turbo V8 engine that produces 710bhp and 770Nm of torque which is sent to the rear wheels through a 7-speed dual clutch gearbox.
The McLaren 720S sprints from 0-100kph in 2.9 seconds and reaches 200kph 4.9 seconds later. The top speed of the McLaren 720S is 341kph.
The McLaren 720S will join a host of other supercars in Ranjit Sundaramurthy drool worthy collection in Bangalore. The 720S will share space with two Ferraris - a 458 Italia and a 488 GTB with a FXX bodykit from Novitec - and a Lamborghini Huracan.
