2022 Maruti Suzuki XL6 Engine Specs, Mileage and Dimensions

The biggest change on the 2022 Maruti Suzuki XL6 can be found under the bonnet. The 2022 Maruti XL6 sports Suzuki's new 1.5-litre K15C dualjet, dual VVT engine which is assist by a mild hybrid system.

The XL6's 1,462cc petrol engine produces 101.6bhp at 6,000rpm and 136.8Nm of peak torque at 4,400rpm. The engine is paired with either a 5-speed manual gearbox or a 6-speed torque converter automatic that send power to the front wheels.

Automatic versions of the new Maruti XL6 come fitted with paddle shifters and deliver a mileage of 20.27km/l while the manual versions of the new XL6 offer a fuel efficency figure of 20.97km/l.

The 2022 Maruti Suzuki XL6 is 4,445mm long, 1,775mm wide and 1,775mm tall. The wheelbase of the 2022 XL6 MPV is 2,740mm long.

2022 Maruti Suzuki XL6 Design & Features

The faclifted 2022 Maruti Suzuki XL6 comes with a few design tweaks that help differeniate it from its predecessor. These changes include a new grill that features a chinky section of chrome connecting the Suzuki badge to the quad-chamber LED headlights with integrated DRLs. These daytime running lights are also full LED units.

Other design changes can be seen on the sides of the new Maruti Suzuki XL6. These include new machine-finished two-tone 16-inch alloy wheels, blacked out B and C pillars, a shark fin antenna and chrome elements on the side sills.

Move to the rear of the new XL6 and your eyes will be drawn to the new 3D LED taillights that feature a smoked effect along with a new roof spoiler and chrome garnish on the rear door.

Step inside the new 2022 Maruti Suzuki XL6 MPV and you'll be greeted by the new 7-inch SmartPlay Pro touchscreen infotainment system that supports Android Auto and Apple CarPlay and features a voice assitant that can be activated using the 'Hey Suzuki' hot phrase.

The infotainment system also features the Suzuki Connect suite of connected car tech. These connected car features include 40+ features such as AC Controls, vehicle safety & security, driving behaviour analysis, status alerts along with vehicle health monitoring and other remote operations. Owners can also connect remotely to the new XL6 using a compatible smartwatch and Amazon's Alexa assistant.

The new XL6 also features ventilated seats for the driver and front passenger The second row features captain seats while the third row features reclining seats to keep everyone inside pampered. Passengers at the rear also get roof-mounted AC vents with three-stage speed controls.

The 2022 Maruti Suzuki XL6 is offered with a host of safety features including four Airbags (driver, co-driver and front seat side), electronic stability control and Hill Hold Assist as standard across all variants. Also seen on the new XL6 is a new 360-degree camera which should help owners park their premium MPV with ease.

Maruti Suzuki XL6 Variants & Colour Options

The Maruti Suzuki XL6 is avaialble in three variant options - Zeta, Alpha and Alpha+. All variants of the new Maruti Suzuki XL6 are offered in six colour options - Nexa Blue, Arctic White, Splendid Silver, Grandeur Grey, Opulent Red and Brave Khaki.

The Alpha+ is also offered in three dual-tone colour options. The Splendid Silver, Brave Khaki and Opulent Red are offered with a black roof.
