2022 Maruti Suzuki Brezza Spied At Dealership Yard: Sunroof, Heads-up Display & More
The upcoming new 2022 Maruti Suzuki Brezza has been spied again. This time the upcoming sub-4m SUV was spied at a dealer yard and the latest spy shots clearly reveal the features of the SUV.
Earlier, the upcoming new 2022 Maruti Suzuki Brezza SUV was spied during the TVC shoot of the sub-4m SUV in Cyber City, Gurgaon.
While the earlier spy shots from the TVC shoot revealed a lot about the exterior design of the upcoming new 2022 Maruti Suzuki Brezza, the latest spy shots from the dealership yard give us a sneak peek at the interiors and features of the sub-4m SUV.
Starting with the interior, the latest spy shots of the upcoming new 2022 Maruti Suzuki Brezza reveal that the sub-4m SUV comes loaded with new features and also sports a completely redesigned interior.
The most notable changes on the inside include a completely redesigned dashboard with a larger touchscreen infotainment unit, a new sportier steering wheel, and a new instrument console.
Other changes on the inside include a new climate control panel with large bi-directional physical buttons for fan speed and temperature control and the inclusion of features such as a heads-up display (HUD), and rear AC vents.
Speaking about features, we expect the upcoming new 2022 Brezza to sport similar features as on the updated new Baleno premium hatchback. This means the new 2022 Brezza will come with features such as a 360-degree surround-view camera, connected car tech, a larger 9.0-inch touchscreen infotainment unit with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity, ABS, EBD, 6 airbags and much more.
The spy images from the dealership yard also reveal that the upcoming new Maruti Suzuki Brezza SUV will feature a sunroof on top-end variants.
Coming to the exterior design, the earlier spy images reveal that the 2022 Maruti Suzuki Brezza features an all-new front and rear design. This includes new front and rear bumpers, a new set of twin-pod LED headlights with integrated daytime running lights, a new front grille with chrome finishing, new tail lamps and much more.
Other new design elements include revised fog lamp units, a faux skid plate at the front, a new set of 16-inch dual-tone alloy wheels, chunkier black cladding and a few more elements.
Apart from that, we expect to see the same K15C naturally-aspirated petrol engine from the new Maruti Suzuki Ertiga in the upcoming new 2022 Maruti Suzuki Brezza. This new engine in the recently updated Maruti Suzuki Ertiga MPV is a 1.5-litre unit with mild-hybrid tech that produces 101.6bhp of peak power and 136.8Nm of peak torque.
Given the new petrol engine, we also expect Maruti Suzuki to replace the ageing 4-speed torque converter with a new 6-speed torque converter automatic gearbox from the updated Ertiga MPV. However, the 5-speed manual gearbox will be continued to be offered with minimal changes.
Thoughts On The 2022 Maruti Suzuki Brezza
The Maruti Suzuki Brezza was launched in 2016 and quickly gained traction in the Indian market. With the upcoming updated iteration of the Brezza, we expect Maruti Suzuki to further extend and improve its market share in the country.
