Unlike a few electric cars, there is no front boot under the clamshell bonnet and the bonnet can only be opened during the scheduled services. Cleverly, Mercedes-Benz has added a separate tray on the front left-hand side that swivels its way out to add washer fluid to clean the windscreen. The new EQS measures 5,216mm long and 1,512mm tall. However, it doesn't look its size in the pictures, thanks to the combination of the long-wheelbase (which happens to be longer than the latest S-Class at 3,210mm) and large 22-inch alloy wheels.
