Mahindra XUV300 Features Deleted: Here Are All The Details
Mahindra has silently removed a couple of features from the XUV300 compact SUV. Along with the feature deletions, the company has also increased the prices of the Mahindra XUV300 across variants.
According to the report from TeamBHP, the company has removed the rear three-point seatbelt for the middle seat. Also, it has removed the heated (ORVMs) Outside Rear View Mirrors offered on the compact SUV.
A couple of buyers, who have purchased a compact SUV has confirmed the features to be missing. The rear three-point seatbelt is now replaced by a lap-position safety belt on the XUV300.
Mahindra has also increased the price of the XUV300 compact SUV in the Indian market. The company has issued a price hike ranging between Rs 1,000 and 36,000 for the petrol variants of the compact SUV. The Mahindra XUV300 petrol models now retail between Rs 7.96 lakh and Rs 12.13 lakh.

The Mahindra XUV300 is one of the few compact SUV offerings that features an optional automatic transmission in the Indian market. The diesel variant price increase ranges between Rs 27,000 and Rs 39,000. After the price hike, the XUV300 diesel variants retail between Rs 8.70 lakh and Rs 12.55 lakh.

The Mahindra XUV300 is offered with a 1.2-litre turbo-petrol engine that produces a maximum of 109bhp and 200Nm of torque. On the other hand, the 1.5-litre turbo-diesel engine churns out 117hp and 300Nm of torque. Both engines come mated to either a six-speed manual or a six-speed AMT transmission.

The XUV300 compact-SUV has lost some of the nice to have features in its latest update. Also, it has received a second price across all variant for the second time this year.
