The modified Force Traveller can also be seen wearing white number plates, indicating that it has been registered as a private vehicle.

The registration of the Tempo Traveller as a private vehicle was done by John, owner of the van before making any of the modifications as seen in the video from Weekend on Wheels/YouTube.

Talking about the modifications itself, we can see that the exterior of the Force traveller seems to have received minimal changes.

The only changes made from the exterior include smoked headlamps, new grille cover with the custom-made ‘Skyliner' badging. This badging can also be seen on the side as well.

Another major modification is the addition of a large single piece of glass on the side. The owner of the Tempo Traveller said that to fit the single-piece of glass, the entire side panel around it had to be reinforced to provide the structural support.

Moving to the interiors of the Force Traveller, the modified van comes with a large single piece of metal sheet on the roof, which replaces the fabric upholstery available on the standard. There is also a false roofing arrangement at its centre as well. The metal sheets continue on to the side as well.

As per the owner, all the side panels inside the van are moulded using a single piece of metal. The side panels also have wooden trims, which match the wooden flooring, all of which give the interiors of the van a very premium feel.

The Force Traveller is essentially a 12 + 1 seater van, meant for commercial transport purposes. However, the owner has removed all the extra seats from his Tempo Traveller, leaving just four seats in the middle and a bench seat at the end. Each of the four seats themselves can be moved front or back and also comes with full recline feature as well.

The seats are also finished in beige upholstery, which along with the similar coloured roof and side panels, wooden flooring and the large windows all around, give a very airy and open feel.

The cabin also comes with mood lighting as well, along with LED lighting on the false roof and reading lights for each of the seats.

The rich look of the cabin is further enhanced by a wireless speaker system from Samsung. It uses a soundbar in the front along with two satellite units and subwoofer at the rear.

Further, the modified Tempo Traveller also features multiple standard wall socket to power laptops, phone charger and even a microwave oven which can be plugged next to the driver seat. It also uses a split-air-conditioning with vents placed at either end of the cabin.

Apart from the complete cosmetic update to both its interiors and exteriors, the Force Traveller seems to have remained unchanged mechanically.

The standard Force Traveller van (BS4) model is powered by a 2.6-litre diesel engine. The diesel unit produces a maximum of 90 bhp at 2800rpm and a peak torque of 250Nm between 1400rpm and 2400rpm.

Thoughts On The Modified Force Traveller

The Force Traveller has been modified extremely well and looks really clean and classy and definitely doesn't feel overdone. The exterior changes are minimal, while the interiors now feel extremely premium. However, do note that such a modification job can void the official warranty for the vehicle and any further cost will have to be handled by the owner.
