The company will be contacting customers of the Eeco MPV falling under the specified time period. Alternatively, owners can also contact the nearest authorised dealerships to assist with the recall.

Customers can also visit the ‘Imp Customer Info' section on the Company website. They will have to fill in their vehicles chassis number to check if their vehicle needs any attention and follow the instructions.

The chassis number for the MPV starts with MA3 followed by 14 digits alpha-numeric number. The chassis number is embossed on the vehicle ID plate and is also mentioned in the vehicle invoice/registration documents.
