Isuzu have also announced an extension on vehicle warranty and for the free service period. As the service centres across the country have been shut due to the lockdown, customers cannot avail free service or warranty claims during this period.

As a result, the company has announced that all vehicles whose warranty expires/expired between March 15 and April 15 will now have their warranty extended until end-May 2020. Similarly, all vehicles that were due for Periodic Maintenance Service between March 15 and April 15 can now avail their services until end-May 2020.

Isuzu India currently sells vehicles to customers for private and commercial use in the country. The Isuzu D-Max V-Cross pick-up and the MU-X SUV are sold for private use. While the D-Max Regular cab and the D-Max S-Cab are sold for commercial use only.
