Indian auto maker Maruti Suzuki has announced discounts and offers for September. The month marks the beginning of the festive season and manufactures are offering discounts in a bid to improve sales.
Maruti Suzuki India Limited is offering discounts across its portfolio in a bid to improve sales figures. The company is offering discounts via it's Arena dealer network, and here is what is on offer.
The Vitara Brezza
Maruti Suzuki is offering a cash discount of Rs 50,000 on the Brezza. In addition there are exchange benefits worth Rs 20,000, corporate discounts worth Rs 10,000, and a five-year warranty.
The Vitara Brezza is available in nine variants and six colours. The Brezza is available with a 1.2-litre diesel engine that produces 89bhp of power and 200Nm of torque. The SUV is available in manual and automatic transmission options. The Brezza is priced between Rs 7.68 lakh and Rs 10.64 lakh (ex-showroom, India, and without discounts).
Maruti's bestselling model carries separate discounts & offers for petrol and diesel models. Petrol models carry a cash discount of Rs 30,000, exchange benefits worth Rs 20,000, and corporate discounts of Rs 5,000.
Petrol models are powered by an inline four-cylinder that produces 82bhp of power and 113Nm of torque. Petrol models are priced between Rs 5.85 lakh and Rs 8.68 lakh (ex-showroom, India, and without discounts).
Diesel models of the Dzire carry a cash discount of Rs 35,000, exchange benefits of Rs 20,000, corporate discounts of Rs 10,000, and a five-year warranty. The models feature a 1.2-litre turbocharged diesel unit that produces 74bhp pf power and 190Nm of torque.
Both petrol and diesel variants are available with manual and automatic transmission options. The diesel powered Dzire sedans are priced between Rs 6.71 lakh and Rs 9.57 lakh (ex-showroom, India, and without discounts).
The Maruti Suzuki Swift petrol models carry a cash discount of Rs 25,000, exchange bonuses of Rs 20,000, and corporate discounts of Rs 5,000. The petrol models are powered by a 1.2-litre engine that produces 82bhp of power and 133Nm of torque. Variants are priced between Rs 5.14 lakh and Rs 7.97 lakh (ex-showroom, India, and without discounts).
Diesel models carry a cash discount of Rs 30,000, exchange bonuses of Rs 20,000, corporate discounts of Rs 10,000, and five-year warranty. Diesel models are powered by a 1.2-litre engine that produces 74bhp of power and 190Nm of torque.
Diesel models are priced between Rs 7.03 lakh and Rs 8.89 lakh (ex-showroom, India, and without discounts. Both petrol and diesel variants are available with manual an automatic transmissions.
The Alto & The Alto K10
Both the Alto and the Alto K10 models carry a cash discount of Rs 40,000, exchanges bonuses of Rs 20,000, and a corporate discount of Rs 5,000. The vehicle is available in petrol and CNG variants.
Both models powered by an 800cc three-cylinder engine that produces 48bhp of power and 69Nm of torque. The hatchback is available only with a manual transmission and is priced between Rs 2.93 lakh and Rs 4.14 lakh (ex-showroom, India, and without discounts).
The Celerio
Maruti Suzuki is offering a cash discount of Rs 40,000, exchange benefits of Rs 20,000, and a corporate discount of Rs 5,000 on the Celerio models. While the vehicle is available with petrol and CNG models, the discounts and offers stand only for petrol models.
The petrol driven Maruti Suzuki Celerio is powered by 1.0-litre three-cylinder engine that produces 67bhp of power and 90Nm of torque. The Celerio is available with manual an automatic transmission options. The vehicle is priced between Rs 4.31 lakh and Rs 5.48 lakh (ex-showroom, India, and without discounts)
The Eeco
Discounts on the seven-seater Maruti Suzuki Eeco include a cash discount of Rs 25,000, exchange benefits of Rs 20,000, and a corporate discount of Rs 5,000. The vehicle is available in petrol and CNG models.
Both models feature a 1.2-litre engine that produces 63bhp of power and 83Nm of torque. The Eeco is available only with a manual transmission. The MPV is priced between Rs 3.52 lakh and Rs 4.66 lakh (ex-showroom, India, and without discounts.
