Maruti Suzuki Alto BS-VI Model: Benefits & Discounts Worth Rs 60,000 This October
Maruti Suzuki India Limited (MSIL) is offering their Alto BS-VI model with attractive discounts and benefits this October. The Alto BS-VI model is being offered with benefits of up to Rs 60,000 as part of the company's festive offer.
The festive offer includes a cash discount of Rs 40,000, Rs. 20,000 exchange bonus when you decide to sell your old car with the company's dealership, and Rs. 5,000 corporate discount. The offer is valid on all variants of the petrol models only.
The Alto 800 was the first model from the company's line-up to achieve BS-VI compliance. Maruti earlier announced that their BS-VI model from the company's line-up has registered sale of two-lakh units from past six months — here are all the details.
The Alto hatchback is being powered by a BS-VI compliant 800cc three-cylinder petrol engine producing 47.3bhp and 69Nm of torque. The engine comes mated to a five-speed manual gearbox as standard. The hatchback is also offered with a factory-fitted CNG kit. In the CNG mode the engine produces 40.36bhp and 60Nm of torque.
On the interiors, the hatchback features a dual-tone interiors with a fabric seat upholstery offered on the top trims. Other interior features include an infotainment system with Bluetooth connectivity for smart phone pairing, central locking doors, remote keyless entry and air conditioning.
The Smart Play Dock featured on the Alto's infotainment system transforms the phone into a touch interface to access calls, music, navigation and more.
The Alto hatchback is equipped with standard safety features which includes: a reverse parking sensor, driver and passenger side airbags, ABS (Anti-Lock Brake System) with EBD (Electronic Brake Force Distribution). It also includes speed alert system and seat belt reminder for driver and co-passenger seats as mandated by the Indian government.
The Alto has been the company's best seller, by registering 15,079 units sold in the month of September. It is also the top selling hatchback in the country for the month of September — here are all the details.
The Alto 800 is priced at Rs 2.88 lakhs now with the festive offer from the company the price of the hatchback has now reduced to Rs 2.22 lakh. All prices mentioned are ex-showroom (Delhi).
