Tata Tigor Facelift Launched In India; Prices Start At Rs 5.20 Lakh
Tata Tigor facelift launched in India: Tata Motors has launched the new 2018 Tigor facelift in the country. The Tata Tigor facelift is launched in India at a starting price of Rs 5.20 lakh ex-showroom (Delhi). The Tata Tigor facelift gets cosmetic updates and new features.
The Tata Tigor facelift is offered in five variants: XE, XM, XZ, XZA and XZ+. The base petrol variant is priced at Rs 5.20 lakh and the top-spec diesel model carries a price tag of Rs 7.38 lakh. Both prices are ex-showroom (Delhi). Below is the detailed pricing of the Tigor facelift.

The overall design of the Tata Tigor facelift remains the same, but it gets several updates as compared to the outgoing model. The Tigor facelift features a new diamond-pattern front grille, dual-chamber projector headlamps, chrome-lined door handles and 15-inch dual-tone alloy wheels.
The facelifted Tata Tigor also comes with crystal inspired LED tail light cluster, shark-fin antenna and a 36-LED high-mounted stop light.
The interior of the Tata Tigor facelift features a dual-tone Black/Grey theme with chrome accents around the AC vents and centre console. The interior now features an all-new 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system from Harman with Android Auto. The cabin also gets Titanium colour faux leather seats and fabric inserts on the door trims.
The Tata Tigor facelift is equipped with a host of safety features such as dual front airbags, ABS, EBD, corner stability control and reverse parking sensors with camera. Tata Motors states that the Tigor facelift features a reinforced structure with high strength steel.
The Tata Tigor facelift draws power from the same 1.2-litre petrol and 1.05-litre diesel engine. The Revotron petrol engine produces 84bhp and 114Nm of torque while the Revotorq diesel engine churns out 69bhp and 140Nm of torque. Both the engines are mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox as standard.
The petrol variant of the Tata Tigor facelift will be also offered with an AMT gearbox. The Tata Tigor AMT is available only with the XZ trim. The Tata Tigor facelift is offered in six colour options: Egyptian Blue, Roman Silver, Berry Red, Pearlscent White, Titanium Grey and Espresso Brown.
