The 2018 Hyundai Creta facelift was recently launched in India. The prices for the new Creta starts from Rs 9.43 lakh, ex-showroom (Delhi). The facelift SUV comes with a range of exterior updates, along with a host of new features.
The Creta facelift comes in six variants: E, E+, S, SX, SX Dual Tone and SX(O). The base variant of the 2018 Creta facelift is priced at Rs 9.43 lakh, while the top-end is priced at Rs 15.03 lakh. Both prices are ex-showroom (Delhi).
The new 2018 Hyundai Creta facelift comes with a host of features. Here are the top features you should know about the new Creta SUV offering from Hyundai.
Electric Sunroof
The new 2018 Hyundai Creta now gets an electric sunroof. This feature is available on the SX and the SX(O) variant of the Creta SUV. Hyundai calls it the 'Smart Electric Sunroof'.
The option of a sunroof in an SUV is fast becoming one of the most attractive features for Indian customers. The Hyundai Creta is the latest compact SUV offering in India to offer this feature.
Smart Key Band
In a first in its segment, the 2018 Creta offers customers a Smart Key Band. The band enables the doors to be locked and unlocked automatically. Other functions such as engine start/stop, tailgate opening and sleep monitoring.
The smart Key Band can further be connected to an app, allowing the driver to further measure the steps taken and calories burnt. It also notifies incoming calls, texts, alarms and displays time through its OLED screen.
New Colours
The new 2018 Creta facelift is now available in three new exterior colour options. Choices include Passion Orange, Marina Blue and a Dual-tone Orange/Black.
Other standard colour options include Pearl White, Sleek Silver Stardust, Fiery Red, Phantom Black, Dual-Tone White/Black.
Tangerine Orange Colour Pack
The SX Dual-Tone variant of the Hyundai Creta is also offered with an additional feature - Tangerine Orange Colour Pack, for the interiors.
This pack provides orange inserts and contrast stitching on the black seat fabrics, leather steering wheel and the TGS Gaitor booth. The leather-wrapped TGS knob also gets orange inserts.
Hyundai Auto Link
Hyundai also offers an app on the smartphone known as ‘Hyundai Auto Link'. This feature allows the driver to keep a check on the health of the SUV.
Through the app, customers can keep a track of driving history, vehicle health check, car health report, driving information and eco-driving. The app can also be used to call for any roadside assistance.
Other features on the new 2018 Hyundai Creta facelift: wireless charging, six-way adjustable driver seat, cruise control, ABS with EBD, six airbags, push button start/stop and 60:40 split rear seats.
