Mahindra TUV300 Plus Launched In India; Prices Start At Rs 9.47 Lakh
Mahindra has launched its TUV300 Plus offering in India. The Mahindra TUV300 Plus is available in three variants. Prices for the nine-seater SUV starts at Rs 9.47 lakh, ex-showroom (Mumbai).
Mahindra has announced the launch of the TUV300 Plus. The nine-seater SUV from Mahindra is available in three variants: P4, P6 and P8. Prices for the TUV300 Plus starts from Rs 9.47 lakh, for the P4. The P6 and the P8 variant cost Rs 9.83 lakh and Rs 10.86 lakh, respectively. All prices are ex-showroom (Mumbai).
All three variants of the new TUV300 Plus are offered in five colour choices. This includes Majestic Silver, Bold Black, Dynamo Red, Molten Orange and Glacier White.
The Mahindra TUV300 Plus is essentially a stretched version of the sub-four-metre TUV300 offering. It shares the same front, along with many of the body panels with the sub-four-metre SUV.
The new TUV300 Plus SUV offering from Mahindra is powered by a new mHawk D120, 2.2-litre engine. It produces 120bhp and 280Nm of torque. The engine is further mated to a six-speed manual gearbox.
Mahindra has also equipped the TUV300 Plus with a micro-hybrid technology, as well as brake energy regeneration. The SUV further has an ECO driving mode for better fuel efficiency.
The interiors of the Mahindra TUV300 Plus has been designed by Italian design house, Pininfarina. The TUV300 Plus receives faux leather seats, seven-inch touchscreen infotainment system with GPS navigation and other connectivity options.
Other features on the Mahindra TUV300 Plus: steering mounted audio controls, rear defogger, driver seat height adjust, rear wipers, armrest for the front row and follow-me-home headlamps.

Thoughts On The Mahindra TUV300 Plus India Launch
Mahindra is expected to launch a number of products into the market, with the TUV300 Plus being the first. The company is also expected to launch its MPV offering, the U321 soon.
The Mahindra TUV300 Plus will rival the likes of the Renault Lodgy and the Maruti suzuki Ertiga in the Indian market.
