Mahindra Marazzo MPV Cabin Revealed Ahead Of Launch
Mahindra & Mahindra recently revealed the Marazzo moniker for its upcoming MPV. Previously, we had reported about the dashboard of the Mahindra Marazzo being revealed. Now, the company has fully revealed the cabin of the new Mahindra Marazzo MPV.
The latest images reveal that the Mahindra Marazzo will be offered in both seven-seater and eight-seater configuration. The seven-seater variant of the MPV comes with two captain seats while the eight-seater version of the Marazzo gets a bench seat with 40:20:40 folding seats.
The Mahindra Marazzo will feature a light beige interior theme and the top-spec model will be equipped with leather seat upholstery. Overall, the cabin looks premium and the black finish on the door trims goes well with the beige colour of the seats. But the only concern will be the space on the third-row seat.
The dashboard of the Mahindra Marazzo features an all-black theme with a neat and clutter-free design. The AC vents feature chrome finishing and we can see a large glovebox at the bottom left. The instrument cluster is a dual-pod unit with a MID to relay vital information to the driver.
The centre console of the Mahindra Marazzo features a large touchscreen infotainment system. The AC control panel is below the touchscreen infotainment system. The MPV also gets roof-mounted AC vents with a claimed segment-first surround cooling technology. The MPV is equipped with a three-spoke steering wheel with several buttons.
The Mahindra Marazzo is expected to draw power from a new 1.5-litre diesel engine. Mahindra is yet to announce the technical specifications of the new diesel unit. Transmission options will include both manual and automatic gearbox. Mahindra is also expected to introduce the petrol version of the MPV at a later phase.
Thoughts On The Mahindra Marazzo MPV
Mahindra is all set to launch the Marazzo MPV in the Indian market. The Marazzo will be a premium product and will rival the likes of the Toyota Innova Crysta and the upcoming new Ertiga. The Mahindra Marazzo is likely to be launched during the festive season of this year.
