Mahindra Marazzo Headlamp Teased Ahead Of Launch
Mahindra & Mahindra is gearing up for the launch of its new Marazzo MPV in the Indian market. Ahead of the launch, the headlamp design of the Mahindra Marazzo has been teased. We have already reported about the shark LED tail light revealed during the testing of the MPV on Indian roads.
The Mahindra Marazzo features a twin-chamber projector headlamp with integrated LED daytime running lights. The headlamp design of the Marazzo is in line with the sharp and aggressive front end which also features the chrome toothed grille.
The rear profile of the Mahindra Marazzo gets shark LED tail light cluster which adds to the looks of the MPV. The side profile of the Marazzo gets sporty alloy wheels which are also inspired by the shark. Overall, the Mahindra Marazzo will feature a completely new design language as compared to other models.
The interior of the Mahindra Marazzo will feature an all-black dashboard while the seats and doors are finished in beige colour. The dashboard design is simple and gets a dual-pod instrument cluster with a small MID. The dashboard also features a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system.
The Mahindra Marazzo will be available in both seven-seater and eight-seater variants. The seven-seater model will feature two captain seats while the eight-seater model will do with bench seats. The MPV will be equipped with roof AC vents and will feature segment-first surround cooling technology.
The new Mahindra Marazzo will draw power from a 1.5-litre diesel that produces 121bhp and 300Nm of torque. The engine will be mated to a manual gearbox and Mahindra might also offer an automatic gearbox borrowed from the XUV500. Mahindra is also expected to introduce the petrol model at a later phase.
Thoughts On The Mahindra Marazzo
The Mahindra Marazzo will be a premium offering from the Indian automaker and it will feature an all-new design language. The Marazzo will be a crucial product for Mahindra as it will take on the likes of Toyota Innova Crysta and the upcoming Maruti Ertiga. The Mahindra Marazzo will be launched on September 3, 2018.
