Scania Showcases Flagship Products At 2015 EXCON
Scania Commercial Vehicles showcased its premium mining tippers, the P 410 coal body and P 410 SSAB rock body, at EXCON 2015. Scania also showcased its aftermarket customer support applications and services like Fleet Management Service, Scania lubricants, and other genuine parts.
Present at 2015 EXCON was Anders Grundstromer, Managing Director, Scania India and Senior Vice President, Scania Group. He expressed that Scania is confident of growing in the Indian market in the coming years.
The P 410 tippers by Scania are used in the Indian mining sector and is equipped with innovative features like Scania Opticruise, which is a fully automated gear changing system for better fuel efficiency and ease of driving. Idle Shutdown is also provided for lowering fuel consumption.
Scania's P 410 tipper equipped with 20 m3 SSAB rock body is developed by SSAB, who are the world's leading producers of high strength steel. It offers vehicle owners increased load carrying capacity, thus, improving productivity significantly.
Scania lubricants comprise of engine oil, axle, and gear oil. These lubricants help in preventing sludge and dirt accumulation, it also offers protection from corrosion, wear and tear. Fleet Management Service helps operators in monitoring vehicles and drivers performance in real time.
