Hyundai Elite i20 Special Edition Launch
Hyundai Elite i20 gets a special edition for upcoming festive season In Indian market. This new edition is being introduced to celebrate the premium hatchbacks first anniversary in the country.
Special Edition Elite i20 is available only in Sportz trim variant. Hyundai is offering petrol trim at INR 6,69,000 and diesel Special Edition is priced at INR 7,84,000 (ex-showroom, Delhi). Only 600 Special Edition models will be sold across India.
No mechanical changes will be carried out by Hyundai, on the Elite i20 Special Edition. They will continue providing the same engine, performance figures, and transmission options.
The Elite i20 Special Edition receives an all-new Polar White paint job with black roof, and exciting body decals. It also features 16-inch alloy wheels, aluminium foot pedals, and Special badge across the boot.
Interiors of the Special Edition hatchback has also been updated. New seat covers, leather-wrapped steering wheel, and Special Edition badge on the dashboard as well.
Hyundai Elite i20 is a popular choice among Indian premium hatchback buyers. Ever since, it was launched in 2014, the hatchback has competed intensively with competitors.
The Elite i20 hatchback has been used to develop an all-new product as well. Hyundai used the hatchback, as a base for their crossover model called ‘i20 Active'. Both models are popular among Indian buyers.
Hyundai India is planning to introduce new products in the country. The Korean automobile manufacturer plans on launching, a new MPV and compact SUV. Both products are likely to be showcased at 2016 Auto Expo.
