The Royal Enfield Meteor 350 is the brand’s replacement to its Thunderbird model in the Indian market. The new Meteor 350 is an all-new product and comes with a brand new chassis and engine, along with added modern features and equipment.The Royal Enfield Meteor 350 features LED headlamps with integrated circular LED DRLs, flanked on either side by turn indicators. The side profile features the classic cruiser look with the large fuel tank, wide seats, raised handlebar and forward set footpegs; offering a comfortable riding position.

The side profile also showcases the Meteor 350 logo below the seat. The fuel tank also features a new ‘Royal Enfield’ logo, with chrome elements, further adding to the modern classic characteristics of the motorcycle.The rear profile is characterised by the LED tail lights on the rear fender, again flanked on either side by turn signal indicators.The Royal Enfield Meteor 350 is available in a range of different colour options, depending on the variant chosen; of which there are three — Fireball, Stellar and Supernova.

The Royal Enfield Meteor 350 comes powered by a brand new 349cc single-cylinder air-oil cooled SOHC engine. It produces 20.2bhp at 6100rpm and 27Nm of peak torque at 4000rpm and is mated to a five-speed gearbox.

The engine offers much better levels of refinement, causing little to no vibrations. The engine is more modern and is hence much smoother and efficient than before, while also offering good power and performance.

While Royal Enfield hasn’t officially revealed the mileage figures of the Meteor 350. However, we expect that the new cruiser motorcycle with the new engine, should be able to return a fuel efficiency figure in the range of around 36km/l. This combined with the 15-litre fuel capacity gives the Meteor 350 a pretty impressive range of around 550km on a single tank.
