2016 EICMA Motorcycle Show: Hero MotoCorp Debuts Dawn 125 Motorcycle

The all-new Dawn 125 has been unveiled by Hero MotoCorp at the 2016 EICMA Motor Show. The Dawn 125 by Hero MotoCorp has been developed specifically for the African market.

Hero MotoCorp has displayed an all-new entry-level motorcycle at the 2016 EICMA Motor Show. New 'Dawn 125' motorcycle was unveiled by Pawan Munjal, M.D, CEO, and Chairman of Hero MotoCorp. Several existing models by the Indian manufacturer were also displayed.

Powering Hero Dawn 125 motorcycle is a 125cc OHC single-cylinder, air-cooled engine. This engine produces 9bhp, along with 10.35Nm of peak torque. Hero MotoCorp explains that the new Dawn 125 will deliver superior fuel efficiency, owing to several newly adopted technologies.

All-new Dawn 125 by Hero MotoCorp has been developed specifically for the African market. Hero MotoCorp will be offering the new model in Kenya, Tanzania, Ethiopia, Uganda, and Mozambique. The Dawn 125 is aimed at the commercial segment in the African countries.

Focus of Hero Dawn 125 is to offer a motorcycle that is durable and efficient. The African region is a tough market and the Dawn 125 is tailor-made for the region. Dawn 125 is equipped with a round headlight, extended footrest, wide rear carrier, elongated seat, and metallic front fenders.
