Yamaha VMAX Carbon Special Anniversary Edition Launched

Yamaha is one of the leading manufacturers of two-wheelers around the world. They have been building motorcycles since 1955 and have developed class leading bikes. One such example is their VMAX, which they will be celebrating the 30th anniversary since its inception.

To mark the 30th anniversary, Yamaha has developed a special limited edition of their motorcycle. The Japanese manufacturer has christened it as the 'VMAX Carbon'. This muscle cruiser will sport several carbon fibre components to make the upmarket motorcycle even more exclusive.

Powering the VMAX Carbon will be a 1,679cc V4, liquid cooled engine. It will be capable of generating 200 horsepower, along with 166.8 Nm of peak torque output. Yamaha engineers have paired the motorcycle to a 5-speed gearbox with traditional shaft drive system.

Yamaha's VMAX Carbon will cost a whopping 18,749 Pounds or INR 17,76,977. It is currently on sale and will be available in limited numbers to mark the muscle cruiser's 30th anniversary globally. It is one of the iconic motorcycle's built by the Japanese two-wheeler giant.

The anniversary edition VMAX Carbon will feature a tank cover, front and rear fender made out of carbon fibre. To relish the V4 engine, it will come factory fitted with Akrapovic slip-on exhaust. It also gets special 5-spoke alloy wheels, which is fitted to a 200/50-18 rear tyre.
