Mahindra Two Wheeler Sales Report August, 2014
The Indian automobile giant has revealed their August 2014 sales report. Mahindra Two Wheelers announced they sold a total of 12,598 vehicles in August, 2014. The manufacturer exported 1,420 vehicles from India while selling 11,178 vehicles in India alone.
Mahindra had showcased an array of two wheelers at the 2014 Auto Expo. However, they have not launched any of them so far. The Indian manufacturer had showcased its Mojo motorcycle, which was in its production stage. They also showed a couple of scooters soon to be launched.
Viren Popli, Chief of Operations, Mahindra Two Wheelers commented, "We have further enhanced our portfolio with the launch of exciting and differentiated product offerings like the Centuro Rockstar motorcycle and the Rodeo UZO 125 scooter, and are buoyed by the initial response to them."

He further added, "These two new product launches will be rolled out across our 1400 sales and service touch points in the coming months. We are confident of significant growth in the upcoming festive season with the Centuro range, Rodeo UZO 125 and other differentiated products in our portfolio".
Mahindra is working on a new 110cc scooter, which was codenamed G101. The company has confirmed it will call its new scooter the 'Zesto'. Once launched it will compete with the likes of Honda Activa, Hero MotoCorp. Pleasure, TVS Jupiter and Suzuki Let's.

Mahindra has also been teasing Indian riding enthusiasts with its 300cc motorcycle ‘Mojo'. However, it has been delayed in the past and has gone through several changes as well. The Indian automobile manufacturer claims it will launch its Mojo by 2014-end.
