Triumph Bonneville Bobber India Launch Date Confirmed
Triumph is all set to launch the new Bonneville Bobber in the Indian market on March 29, 2017. Read to know all the details about the motorcycle.
British motorcycle manufacturer Triumph is all set to introduce its Bonneville Bobber in the Indian market. The company will launch the motorcycle on March 29, 2017, in India.
The Triumph Bonneville Bobber is based on the Bonneville T120 with new chassis and suspension. The motorcycle is expected to be priced at Rs 12 lakh ex-showroom (Delhi) when launched in India.
The Bonneville Bobber draws power from the existing 1200cc parallel twin, liquid cooled engine of the T120. The engine produces 80bhp of power and 105Nm of peak torque.
The Bonneville Bobber is equipped with features such as ride-by-wire, traction control, different riding modes, ABS and torque assist clutch. The Bobber produces more power and torque in the lower rev range compared to the T120.
On the design front, the Bobber gets hardtail look with the new cage type swingarm and mono shock mounted underneath the seat. The front fork is shorter than the T120. The single seat can be adjusted in two positions - low and back, or high and forward.
The new Bonneville Bobber gets flat handlebars with bar end mirrors. The motorcycle is designed with the focus on personalised modifications. So, there will be more than 150 accessories available for more style and comfort.
