Honda Activa i with BS-IV engine launched in India. Now comes with Automatic Headlight On (AHO).
Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India Pvt. Ltd (HMSI) has launched the 2017 Activa-i scooter with the BS-IV engine in India with the automatic headlamp on (AHO) function.
The BS-IV complaint Honda Activa i is priced at Rs 47,913 ex-showroom (Delhi). The new Activa i also comes with dual tone colour options. With the new Activa-i, Honda is aiming to extend the brand 'Activa' and its leadership in the automatic scooter segment.
Apart from the BS-IV compliant engine, the new Honda Activa i comes with Automatic Headlight On (AHO) feature as well.
The Honda Activa i is offered to buyers as a sleek, lightweight & compact design scooter compared to the Activa. Recently, the Honda Activa brand became the best-selling two-wheeler in India for the year 2016.
The Honda Activa i is powered by the 110cc HET unit which produces 8bhp and 8.74Nm of torque. The unit is mated to a CVT automatic gearbox.
Honda offers the Activa i in 5 different colour options: Orchid Purple Metallic, Lush Magenta Metallic, Neo Orange Metallic, Black and Imperial Red Metallic.
Under the Activa brand, Honda sells the Activa i, Activa 4G and the Activa 125.
