Indian Biker Build Off — EIMOR Customs vs Bulleteer Customs
Here are two entirely different custom built Royal Enfields by EIMOR Customs and Bulleteer Customs that have caught our attention.
India is no stranger to custom motorcycles, and two of the best firms that do mod-jobs on Enfields are EIMOR Customs and Bulleteer Customs. Their latest work of art — the Thunderbird Gold Stone by EIMOR and the Red Baron by Bulleteer Customs.
Let's begin with the Gold Stone, the motorcycle started life as a Thunderbird 350, and the aim was to build a comfortable cruiser featuring a muscular stance, and yet accommodate a 6 feet 2-inch rider.
To build such a motorcycle, EIMOR Customs swapped the stock wheel with an 80-spoke rim, which houses a 15-inch rear tyre and a 19-inch one up front. Braking duties are taken care by disc brakes at both ends.
Other elements that add to the uniqueness of the Gold Stone are the Cree auxiliary lights and chunky flowing fenders (mudguards). The paint scheme called the ‘Black Kandy' finishes off the overall design of the Gold Stone.
Now coming to the Red Baron, which derives its name from the famous German pilot himself, started life as a 500cc Enfield has been chopped down to size to give it a Bobber look. The original fuel tank has been swapped with a peanut tank, and the Red Baron shouts out for attention with its bright red paint scheme and chrome finish.
The fenders have been trimmed down to size, and the motorcycle rides on 140 section rear and 120 section front tyres. Stopping power is aided by disc brakes at both ends, and the stubby exhaust goes well with the overall profile of the Red Baron.
Now, when two custom made motorcycle are built, a Judge usually picks the winner. In this case, however, the readers get to be the Judges and pick your favourite custom build from the two incredibly well-built Royal Enfields.
If custom motorcycles interest you, the Triumph Street Scrambler pictured below is worth considering.
