Ducati India Reveals Launch Timelines Of BSIV Models
Ducati India has begun bookings for the BS-IV compliant Scrambler Icon and Classic, while deliveries will commence from July 2017.

Ducati had stopped selling BS III compliant Scrambler Icon and Classic as well as Daivel Diesel, standard Daivel and the Monster 821 as it wanted to introduce BS IV models in India.
Now, the Italian motorcycle manufacturer has revealed the launch time frame of each the bikes above. Bookings for the BS-IV compliant Scrambler Icon and Classic have begun, while deliveries will start from July 2017. The Diavel Diesel will be available in August, while the Monster 821 and standard Diavel will arrive early October 2017.
The Ducati Scrambler Full Throttle will be available from September 2017 onwards. The BS IV emission regulations came into effect on April 1, 2017, which witnessed the entire Indian two-wheeler industry upgrade its model range to BS IV.
Ducati continues to sell other models which are BS IV compliant, while the company also launched the Monster 797 and the Multistrada 950 earlier this month. Ducati India also plans to launch more models in the country including the 2017 Monster 1200, Scrambler Cafe Racer and Desert Sled as well as the new Ducati SuperSport.
DriveSpark Thinks!
It is a good move by Ducati India to stop the production and sales of BS III compliant motorcycles and launch environment-friendly bikes. This would ensure India's approach towards a cleaner tomorrow.
