BMW G 310 R Spied Testing In India Ahead Of Launch
Ahead of its launch in the Indian market, the BMW G 310 R has been spied testing in India. The production ready model was spotted completely undisguised for the first time.
BMW is all set to launch its naked streetfighter motorcycle, the G 310 R in the Indian market. Ahead of its launch, the motorcycle has been spotted testing in India.
The BMW G 310 R was spotted byMotoroids on the Bengaluru-Krishnagiri highway. This time the motorcycle is completely undisguised and looks like a production ready model.
BMW has confirmed that it will launch the G 310 R in the Indian market between March - June 2017 on its social media handle.
The BMW G 310 R motorcycle spotted features decals which suggest that the street fighter is undergoing its final phase of testing and is ready to hit the Indian roads.
The G 310 R is powered by a 313cc single cylinder, fuel injected, liquid cooled engine which produces 33.5bhp and 28Nm of torque. The engine is coupled to a 6-speed gearbox.
The top speed of the BMW G 310 R stands at 170km/h and is expected to return a mileage of 25 to 28km/l. The street fighter sports upside down forks, ABS and multi-function instrument cluster.
The motorcycle will be manufactured at TVS Motor Company's Hosur production plant. It is expected that the G 310 R will be priced below the KTM Duke 390. The motorcycle is likely to be launched with a price tag of around Rs 1.8 lakh to Rs 2 lakh ex-showroom.
