Benelli Tornado 302 Bookings Open
Select dealerships of the Benelli have started to take bookings for the Tornado 302 for a token amount of Rs 30,000.
Benelli Tornado 302 is the fully-faired version of the TNT 300 street fighter. The Benelli Tornado 302 is expected to go on sale by May 2017.
As per BikeWale, select dealerships of the Benelli have started to take bookings for the Tornado 302 for a token amount of Rs 30,000. Although the Benelli Tornado 302 is based on the TNT 300 naked street bike, the Tornado 302 boasts of altercations compared to its naked version.
Up front, the Benelli Tornado 302 receives a prominent twin headlamp, partly exposed frame, sculpted fuel tank, dual exhaust setup and the raised tail section, add to its extrinsic appeal.
The Benelli Tornado 302 is built on the steel trestle frame with a 300cc mill powering the fully-faired motorcycle. The liquid cooled motor produces 36bhp and 27Nm of torque via its 6-speed gearbox.
The Benelli Tornado 302 sits on 41mm upside down suspension at the front and a mono shock suspension at the rear. Benelli is expected to offer ABS as a standard fitment.
The Benelli Tornado 302 is expected to be priced at Rs 3.20 lakh to Rs 3.50 lakh ex-showroom (Delhi).
Upon launch, the Benelli Tornado 302 will compete with the likes of Kawasaki Ninja 300, Yamaha YZF-R3 and the KTM RC390.
