The Bajaj Dominar was spotted with a new Matte Black colour scheme.
Bajaj Auto launched its flagship motorcycle Dominar 400 in three different colour scheme: Midnight Blue, Twilight Plum and Moon White.
Recent spy pictures have revealed a new Matte Black colour option on the Dominar 400, which could make its way soon. While this Dominar in Matte Black colour could be a dealer level customisation, Bajaj Auto is known to offer new paint scheme on their products.
In 2015, Bajaj had introduced the Demon Black edition of the Bajaj Pulsar RS200 launched in red and yellow paint options only. The company could offer a Matte Black colour on the Dominar to increase its marketability.
The Bajaj Dominar, the most powerful motorcycle from Bajaj's stable, is powered by a 373.3cc single cylinder, liquid cooled, fuel injected KTM sourced engine. The mill churns out 34.5bhp and 35Nm of torque coupled to a 6-speed gearbox.
With a price tag of Rs 1.39 lakh (non-ABS) and Rs 1.53 lakh (ABS) ex-showroom (Delhi), the sports cruiser boasts of features such as the slipper clutch, LED headlamp, disc brakes at both the ends among others. The Bajaj Dominar is claimed to sprint from 0-100km/h in 8.23 seconds.

With the additional Matte Black colour, the Dominar will now have more colour options to choose. Black is considered one of most sought after colour schemes in motorcycles; Bajaj should reap benefits with the new colour.
