2017 Bajaj Pulsar 200NS FI Teased Ahead Of India Launch

Bajaj Auto has uploaded a teaser image of the 2017 Pulsar 200NS FI on its official Facebook page. The image reads ‘Pulsar 200NS Coming Soon'. It is expected to be launched by this month in the Indian market.

The first iteration of the Pulsar 200NS was launched back in 2012, but for no apparent reason, the naked street fighter was pulled out of the Indian market.

A few days ago Bajaj had showcased the 2017 Pulsar 200NS FI at a dealership meet in Turkey and it was expected that the motorcycle will soon hit the Indian roads and as expected Bajaj has come up with the good news.

Bajaj has updated the most popular naked street fighter in the country. The 2017 Pulsar 200NS FI gets an all-new motor and fuel injection technology unlike the carburettor unit on the previous model.

The 2017 Pulsar 200NS FI is powered by a 194.4cc single cylinder liquid cooled engine which produces 24bhp and 18.3Nm of torque. The engine is coupled to a 6-speed transmission.

The new Pulsar 200NS FI also gets the safety net of ABS as an option. Apart from that the motorcycle features new dual-tone paint scheme and relocated Pulsar logo.

The 2017 Pulsar 200NS FI is expected to be slightly expensive compared to its previous model. But it will be an affordable alternative to the KTM Duke 200 in the Indian market.
