The new scooter's design is inspired from Yamaha's motorcycle lineup. The model has dual headlight; which is similar to R3, highly stylised exhaust canister and LED brake lights.
The NVX has a petal disc brake at the front like the NMax. It will also get ABS and alloy wheels as standard and the whole scooter will weigh around 125kg.
Other features such as a smart-entry system with a button-type unlock for the fuel lid, under-seat storage, 5.8-inch all-LCD dashboard, 25-litres of storage space and 140 mm 14-inch tyres are included.
At the Auto Expo 2016, Yamaha showcased the NMax. We can expect Yamaha to launch this 150cc sports scooter in India soon. The only premium sports scooter in India is the Aprilia SR 150.
