Valencia To Host MotoGP Finale Till 2021 —Signs New Deal
Valencia
will
be
hosting
MotoGP
season
finale
till
2021
as
it
signs
a
fresh
deal
to
extend
the
contract.
The
Spanish
circuit
has
been
the
part
of
MotoGP
ever
since
it
opened
in
1999.
The new deal was announced by the local government on Tuesday in an event with the CEO of MotoGP promoter Dorna, Carmelo Ezpeleta. Ezpeleta said that they are thrilled that MotoGP will return To Valencia for the next five years.
He added that the new deal is a great development for MotoGP, Comunitat Valenciana and for both the fans of regional and around the globe. The Circuit Ricardo Tormo has always provided some memorable moments at the end of the season.
New contracts have also been signed for Argentina (2019), Australia (‘26), Germany (‘21), Czech Republic (‘20), San Marino (‘20) and Dutch TT (‘26) races. MotoGP's final race, the Valencia GP is held on November 11 to 13, the last race of the current deal. The winter testing will begin from Tuesday after the race at Valencia race track.
