Two Wheeler Manufacturers Expect Growth In Sales During Festive Season

manufacturers
are
all
geared
up
for
the
coming
festive
season
in
the
country.
As
all
the
firms
plan
their
strategies
to
boost
sales
during
this
period
in
India.
According to a recent report from Indian Credit Rating Agency (ICRA), two wheeler sales will grow around 10 to 12 percent during fiscal 2017, with the majority of contribution of sales during the festive season.
ICRA states that the two wheeler dealers' monthly sales double during the festive season in some parts of the country. To cater the demand the dealers will stock the products well in advance.
Dealers have already commenced stocking up the two wheelers from August 2016. ICRA expects even higher stocking during September 2016.
To make the most of the festive season, the two wheeler manufacturers schedule their product launches during this period. Apart from new product launches, the discount schemes also play a major role in boosting sales in the country.
