TVS Wego Now Available In A Single Variant & 8 Colour Options
TVS Motors' popular scooter, the Wego will now be available in a single variant across the country. Previously, the manufacturer had introduced an updated version of the scooter. Owing to the success of the new and refreshed scooter, TVS has decided to discontinue previous variants.
Under emergency braking, most people falter and can have an accident. TVS Motors introduced the Sync Braking technology on the Wego model. The new system reduces skidding and slipping of the scooter when brakes are applied all of a sudden.
Compared to the other variants of the Wego, Sync Braking was the only addition. TVS thus decided to offer the safer and logical option to its customers. No other mechanical changes have been carried out on the scooter and is similar to the previous Wego variants.
Here are the eight new colour options available on TVS Wego:
- Deep Sky Blue
- Midnight Black
- Volcano Red
- Mercury Grey
- Sporty White
- Dual Tone Red
- Dual Tone Blue
- Dual Tone White
The TVS Wego is offered with a choice of either disc brakes or drum brakes. The drum brake variant of the Wego costs Rs. 56,891 and the disc brake variant costs Rs. 59,796 ex-showroom (Mumbai). TVS Wego competes with the Yamaha Ray-Z, Suzuki Let's, and Honda Activa in the Indian market.
