Triumph India Organises 2016 The Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride
Triumph Motorcycles India organised its popular ride across the country. 2016-edition of The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride was a huge success. Riders rode to create awareness and generate funds to support research in relation to prostate cancer.
Gentlemen and ladies rode on Triumph Motorcycles in Mumbai and Pune on October 2, 2016. The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride plans to raise USD 50,00,000. Previously, USD 23,00,000 was raised to support prostate cancer research.
Over 210 riders enrolled themselves to be part of The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride in Mumbai and Pune. Almost every Triumph Motorcycle sold in India took part in the fundraising ride. Triumph Motorcycles India has supported The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride since 2014.
Dressing up for the event is an integral part of The Distinguished Gentleman's Ride. Various titles are up for grabs amongst two-wheeler enthusiasts.
Riders taking part can be awarded Most Distinguished Motorcycle, Most Distinguished Couple, Most Distinguished Gentleman, Most Distinguished Lady, Most Distinguished Support, Most Distinguished Moustache, Most Distinguished Beard, and Most Distinguished Junior.
