Triumph Showcases New Bonneville Range At 2016 IBW
Triumph Motorcycles was present at the 2016 India Bike Week with not one, but three motorcycles to showcase to the motorcycle enthusiasts. The British motorcycle manufacturer showcased the new Triumph Bonneville Street Twin, T120, and the new Thruxton.
The three motorcycles were unveiled during the 2016 Auto Expo and Triumph launched the Street Twin and the T120, but only unveiled the Thruxton. The Street Twin and the T120 are priced at Rs. 6.9 lakh and Rs. 8.7 lakh respectively.
The Bonneville Street Twin is powered by a new 900cc, liquid-cooled twin-cylinder engine that produces 83Nm of torque, while the T120 is powered by a 1200cc, liquid-cooled twin-cylinder engine that produces 105Nm of torque. Both vehicles are available through Triumph outlets in India.
The Thruxton R is the most powerful of the three motorcycles and uses a 1200cc, liquid-cooled twin-cylinder engine that produces 112Nm of torque. All three motorcycles will be mated to a new 6-speed gearbox, and the Thruxton will make its way into the Indian market later on.
