The V-Strom series has been one of the biggest hits of the Japanese firm, which now grows with the arrival of this new version. This new motorcycle will compete against the likes of all new BMW G 310 GS.
The motorcycle gets the same engine used by the Suzuki Inazuma 250; a 250cc twin-cylinder engine. It was developed by the company a few years ago to offer good performance and very low fuel consumption.
The tourer is equipped with conventional forks, disc brakes at both ends and ABS as standard.
The design of the motorcycle is very attractive and it shares the same base design like its elder siblings. It measures 2085mm in length, 740mm in width and 1110mm in height.
The motorcycles wheelbase is 1430mm and has a seat height of 790mm. The fuel tank capacity is 15 litres and the dry weight is 178 kg.
As we wait for more information about this new model, we wonder if Suzuki will make a 300 cc version which makes the V-Strom more powerful to compete for the entry-level touring segment crown.
