The Suzuki GSX-150R was caught testing in camouflage livery and initially will be launched in the Indonesian market. Coming to the styling department, it will be identical to the bigger GSX models, with sharp headlamps and edgy curves. The motorcycle features double-disc brakes with anti-lock braking system.
The GSX-150R is speculated to be powered by the same 155cc engine which is used in Gixxer models. The engine develops 14.6bhp and 14Nm of peak torque, however, the engine can be tuned to deliver better performance.
The new motorcycle comes with liquid-cooling which indicates that the performance will definitely get a step-up compared to Gixxer. With the new Gixxer 250 flooding the internet, this new motorcycle is a surprise for motorcycle enthusiasts.
The Suzuki GSX-150R will be launched globally in the next few months, it will be interesting to see that whether the Japanese firm will bring this model to India, as the Gixxer was a huge success in India and has been a tough competitor in Indian 150cc segment.
