SCOTT Sports India Launches Motosports Division At 2016 Rider Mania
SCOTT Sports India has seeked the opportunity during Rider Mania 2016 to launch its Motosport division.
SCOTT Sports India, the Indian arm of the Swiss-based multi sport company has launched its Motosports division in India during the 2016 edition of Royal Enfield Rider Mania, that was held in Goa.
Products under the SCOTT Motosports range consists of riding apparel, protection, and accessories for both, on-road and off-road motorcycling.
In the off-road category, SCOTT now offers gloves, jerseys, pants, motocross boots, and body armour, besides its popular helmet and goggles, which have UV protection, anti-fog, custom-fit facemasks, and OTG lenses.
Speaking of the on-road category, SCOTT now offers riding trousers, denims, jackets, gloves, and protectors. The Jackets are of importance, since the Swiss brand now offers jackets ranging from track leathers to touring jackets.
Touring jackets feature breathable material that is essential for Indian weather. The jackets also feature dedicated slots for back, elbow, and shoulder protectors.
SCOTT is also one of the few brands that offer riding denims for women, with built in knee guards and Kevlar/Aramid base lining. Prices for the SCOTT Motosports range starts from Rs 5,000 and go all the way up to Rs 30,000.
