Suzuki has launched the new Access 125 scooter in India. Prices for the 2016 Access 125 start at Rs. 53,887 ex-showroom (Delhi).
The 2016 Suzuki Access 125 is powered by a 125cc engine that produces 8.9bhp and 10Nm of peak torque. Suzuki claims the engine will give a mileage of 64km/l, thanks to its proprietary Suzuki Eco Performance (SEP) technology which helps boost engine efficiency.
The new Access 125 features features 120mm telescopic front forks. Customers can currently only get the new suzuki scooter with steel wheels and drum brakes. A version of the new Acess 125 with alloy wheels and a disc brake up front will soon be available as well.
Suzuki has gone down the retro path with regards to the looks of the new scooter when you take a look at it from the front. The retro look is best seen in the chrome finished headlamp that reminds you of a bygone era.
The indicators have been redesigned up front and are a lot larger and more angular. Also integrated in are the park lights.
At the rear the new Access 125 sees a wraparound design for the taillamps which feature clear glass for the indicators.
The 2016 Suzuki Access will be available in 5 different colours - Pearl Suzuki Deep Blue No. 2, Candy Sonoma Red, Metallic Matte Fibroin Grey, Pearl Mirage White and Glass Sparkle Black.
The new Suzuki Access is now available at all Suzuki dealerships across the country and will go up against the Honda Activa 125 and the Vespa.
