MV Agusta Opens Bangalore Showroom; Unveils Manic F3 800 RC AMG
MV Agusta has opened its first ever showroom in South India in the city of Bangalore.
Italian motorcycle manufacturer MV Agusta has opened its exclusive showroom in the IT capital of India, Bangalore.
The Bangalore showroom is the first MV Agusta 'Motoroyale' dealership in South India and the third dealership in the country after Pune and Ahmedabad.
To mark the occasion, MV Agusta showcased the F3 800 RC AMG sports bike in the city for the first time.
The limited edition F3 800 RC is a road-legal version of Team Reparto Corse's F3 800 race bike from the Supersport World Championship. Only 9 of these bikes will be coming to India and each is priced at Rs. 19.73 lakh ex-showroom (Pune).
Powering the F3 800 RC AMG, is a 798cc three-cylinder engine which kicks out 148bhp @ 13,000rpm and 88Nm of torque @ 10,600rpm. The engine is paired to a 6-speed gearbox. The F3 800 RC AMG has a top speed of 269km/h.
The F3 800 RC AMG uses a steel tubular Trellis frame and a single-sided aluminium swingarm which are connected to Marzocchi USD forks up front and a Sachs monoshock at the rear.
Dual 320mm disc brakes with a Brembo four-piston calipers up front and a single 220mm disc brake with a two-piston brake caliper at the rear take care of braking duties and are helped along by ABS.
The race replica bike also gets a race mode, 8-way traction control and Rear wheel Lift-up Mitigation.
