An all-new Brutale 1000 is being developed on the quiet by MV Agusta for international markets. The new naked street fighter is expected to launch sometime during 2017. Several new and interesting additions will be carried out on the new motorcycle.
For 2017, the Italian superbike manufacturer will be adding several electronic components. The Brutale 1000 will receive the Motor & Vehicle Integrated Control System (MVICS). The street fighter will also get traction control, lean angle sensors, ride-by-wire, and other rider aids.
In terms of design, MV Agusta will lend the design philosophy adopted by the new Brutale 800 and Brutale 675 models. The Brutale 1000 will look sharper and aggressive than its predecessor. Designers will provide the Brutale 1000 with a look that appeals to all.
All-new 1000cc, in-line three-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine will power the Brutale 1000. MV Agusta engineers will be developing a counter-rotating crankshaft that increases performance substantially. So far, no performance details or figures have been divulged.
